Sitel Appoints Tim Schuh General Manager, Northern EMEA

2010-03-02 - BPO provider Sitel announced the appointment of Tim Schuh as General Manager, Northern EMEA. Schuh, previously COO, North America, will be responsible for operational and financial delivery across all sites within the region, including finance management, receivables and sales, and driving profit improvement.

Schuh brings 20 years of experience in the outsourced contact center industry, across all key areas of outsourcing including Finance, Operations, IT and Sales, to this role.

He joined Sitel in 2006 as COO, North America, where he was responsible for the performance of more than 25,000 associates in eight countries. Prior to joining Sitel, Schuh spent six years with APAC Customer Services, holding VP Roles in Operations, Sales and Solutions Consulting. He also spent 10 years with ITI Marketing Services, where he held Director roles in Finance, Operations and Information Technology.
