» Sykes to open site in Berlin
US-BPO provider Sykes moves into the rooms of the former call center of "Quelle Communications" in Berlin. The call center had been shut down after retail firm Arcandor and, among others, its subsidiary Quelle went into insolvency. Berlin Partner, a business development company, who announced the new contract with Sykes said that at least a part of the jobs at risk could now remain in Berlin.
