Aspect Wins Two Prestigious Frost & Sullivan Awards in India

2010-01-06 - Unified communications provider Aspect has received two prestigious awards from global consulting firm Frost & Sullivan. Aspect gained the award for Price Performance Value for Unified Contact Centre Solutions, and has also emerged as the leader in Outbound Systems in India for the sixth consecutive year.

The "Price Performance Value for Unified Contact Center Solutions" is presented to companies that have offered customers with the solution and services that provide the highest ratio of value to cost, while the latter is conferred upon organizations demonstrating excellence in capturing highest market share within their industries.

Extending his congratulations, Mr. Mohammad Saif, Deputy Director, Consulting - ICT Practice, South Asia, Frost & Sullivan, said, "Despite the declining offshore activities in the industry, Aspect has been able to maintain its business in the domestic segment, because of the blend in product features and price. Increasing focus on customer care and high reliability have been the key concerns for enterprises, which have been well-addressed by Aspect. The market is driven by basic applications as of now, but a vendor like Aspect that provides a mix of applications will find significant traction in the market."
