Impressions from this year's CallCenterWorld congress exhibition

2010-02-24 - Running for the 12th time, CallCenterWorld proved that it is the major event for call center management, customer service and customer care in Europe. According to the organizers of Management Circle the congress exhibition attracted 7,500 visitors. And with a total of 242 exhibitors, the trade fair achieved the second-best result in its history.

Highlights included the CAt-Award presentation where the three best call center managers of the DACH-region were awarded for their achievements in challenging call center projects, a presentation on life and customer dialogue in 2020 and the new economy of trust held by Sven Gábor Jánsky, a German trend researcher, the UK-Plaza with organizations from England, Scotland and Wales as well as the 300 square meter hands-on LiveCallCenter.

The next CallCenterWorld will take place from 21 till 24 February 2011.
