Market Leadership Award EMEA for Teleperformance

2009-07-24 - CRM outsourcer Teleperformance is Europe's clear number 1, the business analysts of Frost & Sullivan concluded and awarded Teleperformance the "Frost & Sullivan Market Leadership Award EMEA Contact Centre Outsourcing Market 2009".The research company took the profit situation and market shares into consideration. According to this, Teleperformance distinguishes itself through a "unique service portfolio, a global customer base, solid financial management and the ability to constantly improve its high service quality", Frost & Sullivan argues.

Besides assessing classic company and market data and drawing a comparison with competitors, Frost & Sullivan also checked the top management in March this year. In doing so, Frost & Sullivan acknowledged "the company’s excellently qualified employees, a healthy corporate culture and financial stability apart from its visionary management which promises its customers and shareholders security and stability".

According to the outsourcer's Central Europe Regional Director, Christian Sajons, Teleperformance assumes that the award will also generate an increase in demand for European services through global customers, e.g. from the USA, who wish to expand their business to other economic regions.
