Competence Call Center is extending its Romanian office

2010-03-03 - The Austrian call center services provider CCC has extended its office space in Bucharest to include another floor, making the office twice its current size. According to CCC, the extension is due to "the positive development and the successful business generated in 2009". The location currently employs 150 staff members. The extension is expected to create up to 200 additional jobs.

CCC Bucharest offers services for companies including Ryanair and OMV and has just entered into an agreement for an international online platform. The CCC location, founded in 2007, is offering services in nine languages and was awarded "Best Call Center" in Romania and received the Award for Cristina Georgescu as "Best Call Center Supervisor" at the Romanian Contact Center Awards 2009.
